| Opgavebeskrivelse | The purpose of this announcement is to find a company that can facilitate collaboration between Chinese institutions and Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics, SDU. The match making company shall assist Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics, SDU in identifying contacts with Chinese institutions with the purpose to establish collaborative projects. The primarily tasks, which shall be solved for – and in close collaboration with - Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics, is listed in Annex 2 – Draft Agreement, section 4.2. The order of Priority the listed tasks will have will be determined after the agreement has been signed by both parties. By mutual agreement the tasks can be altered or further tasks added. The amount allocate for the consultant assignment is approximately DKK 100.000 per year plus eventually extra costs (e.g. travel and accommodation agreed on beforehand) related to the negotiation of contracts.
